How to Get an Alt Refund

If you purchased through Credit/Debit Card:

1. Log into your account at alt.xyz.
2. Navigate to the Account Settings section.
3. Click on Billing Information.
4. Select View Payment History.
5. Locate the recent charge that you wish to dispute.
6. Next to the charge, select Request Refund.
7. In the refund request form, mention that the charge was unauthorized or that the service was not used. Explain briefly and clearly.
8. Submit the refund request and you should receive a confirmation email.
9. Monitor your email for updates regarding your refund status.

If you purchased through Apple:

1. Open the App Store on your device.
2. Tap on your Apple ID at the top right.
3. Select Subscriptions.
4. Find the subscription for Alt and tap on it.
5. Scroll down and select Report a Problem.
6. Choose the reason for your refund request; mention that the subscription renewed without notice or was not utilized.
7. Submit the issue.
8. Check your email for the confirmation of your report.

If you purchased through Google Play:

1. Open the Google Play Store app.
2. Tap on the Menu icon (three horizontal lines).
3. Select Subscriptions.
4. Find your Alt subscription.
5. Tap Cancel Subscription to stop further charges.
6. Immediately afterward, select Request a Refund.
7. In the form, specify that the charge was unwanted or the account was unused.
8. Submit your refund request.

If you purchased through Roku:

1. Go to your Roku device and navigate to the Home menu.
2. Select Settings.
3. Choose Subscriptions.
4. Find your Alt subscription and click it.
5. Select Manage Subscription.
6. Select Cancel Subscription.
7. Next, go to Roku’s Support Page on a browser.
8. Fill out the Refund Request form. Be sure to state that the subscription was not used and you were not aware of the renewal.
9. Submit the form.
