How to Get an ASG Refund

If you purchased through a credit card directly on asg.org:

1. Log in to your account on asg.org.
2. Navigate to the "Account Settings" section.
3. Select "Billing Information" from the menu.
4. Look for the "Order History" or "Transactions" tab.
   • Identify the transaction you want a refund for.
   • Click on the "Details" button next to the transaction.
5. Click the "Request Refund" option.
6. In the message box, mention that the subscription renewed without notice or that you didn’t authorize this charge.
7. Submit your refund request.
8. Check your email for a confirmation of the request and any follow-up communication from customer support.

If you purchased through Apple:

1. Open the Settings app on your device.
2. Tap on your Apple ID at the top of the screen.
3. Select Subscriptions.
4. Find the ASG subscription in the list and tap on it.
5. Tap on Cancel Subscription if cancellation is required (this may be necessary to initiate a refund).
6. Navigate to the App Store, scroll to the bottom, and tap on Your Account.
7. Select Purchase History.
8. Find the specific ASG charge and tap on it, then select Report a Problem.
9. In the reason dropdown, choose I’d like to request a refund and add a note stating that the subscription was not used or you need a refund due to a billing error.
10. Submit the request and wait for confirmation from Apple.

If you purchased through Google Play:

1. Open the Google Play Store app on your device.
2. Tap on the menu icon (three horizontal lines) and select Account.
3. Choose Purchase History.
4. Locate the ASG purchase in the list.
5. Tap on the purchase and select Refund.
6. In your refund request, emphasize that the subscription was renewed without my consent or that the service was not utilized.
7. Submit your refund request.

If you purchased through PayPal:

1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Go to Activity to view your transactions.
3. Find the ASG transaction and click on it.
4. Click Report a problem.
5. Select I want to report unauthorized activity or if applicable, I want a refund.
6. In your description, state that the charge was not authorized or expected, or the service was not used.
7. Follow the prompts to submit your refund request.

If you purchased through an unauthorized third-party vendor:

1. Check your email for a confirmation from the vendor or check their website for customer support options.
2. Contact customer service through their website or phone line.
3. Provide them with details of your purchase and request a refund.
4. In your message, mention that you were unaware that the purchase was recurring or that the service did not meet your expectations.
5. Follow any additional instructions they provide to complete your refund request.
