How to Get a Fire Fonts Refund

If you purchased through FireFonts.com directly:

1. Visit firefonts.com.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the Contact Us link.
3. Fill out the contact form with your information, including:
   • Your name
   • Email address associated with your account
   • Description of your issue (state that you are requesting a refund due to unforeseen circumstances)
   • Include any transaction details such as the date of charge and order number
4. In your message, mention that the subscription was renewed without prior notice or that the account was unused during the billing period.
5. Submit the form and wait for a response, which usually takes 1-3 business days.
6. If you do not receive a response, follow up through the same contact form.

If you purchased through Apple:

1. Open the Settings app on your iOS device.
2. Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen.
3. Select Subscriptions.
4. Find and select the subscription for Fire Fonts.
5. Tap Cancel Subscription. This will allow you to request a refund.
6. Open the Report a Problem website in your browser.
7. Log in with your Apple ID if prompted.
8. Locate the Fire Fonts subscription in your purchase history.
9. Click Report next to the transaction.
10. Select the reason for your refund request, such as the subscription renewed unexpectedly.

If you purchased through Google Play:

1. Open the Google Play Store app on your device.
2. Tap the Menu (three horizontal lines) icon.
3. Select Subscriptions.
4. Tap on the Fire Fonts subscription you wish to refund.
5. Click on Cancel Subscription, and follow the prompts to confirm cancellation.
6. Open the Google Play Account page in your browser.
7. Select Order History and find the Fire Fonts transaction.
8. Click on Report a problem.
9. Select the issue as I want a refund and state that the subscription was not used or renewed without notification.

If you purchased through Roku:

1. Visit my.roku.com and sign in to your Roku account.
2. Scroll down to the Manage your subscriptions section.
3. Find Fire Fonts in your subscriptions list.
4. Click on Cancel Subscription.
5. After cancellation, visit Roku Support.
6. Search for the refund request form related to your purchase.
7. Fill out the refund request form, specifying that the subscription was not utilized or renewed unexpectedly.

If you purchased through PayPal:

1. Log into your PayPal account.
2. Click on Activity at the top of the page.
3. Locate the transaction for Fire Fonts.
4. Click on the transaction to view details.
5. On the right side, click Report a problem.
6. Select the option that best describes your issue, such as unauthorized transaction or did not receive what I paid for.
7. Describe your situation briefly and mention that the subscription was not used.
8. Submit your report to initiate the refund process.
