How to Get a Kit Refund

If you purchased through ConvertKit directly:

1. Visit the ConvertKit website.
2. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on Help.
3. Select Contact Support from the options presented.
4. Fill out the contact form with the following details:
   • Subject: Refund Request
   • Description: Clearly mention your subscription renewed without notice or emphasize that the account was unused.
   • Email Address: Provide the email linked to your account.
   • Order Number: Include your payment receipt or account ID.
5. Submit the form and wait for a confirmation email from ConvertKit support.
6. Be prepared to follow up if you do not receive a response within 3-5 business days.

If you purchased through Apple:

1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
2. Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen.
3. Select Subscriptions.
4. Find and tap on ConvertKit in the list of subscriptions.
5. Select Cancel Subscription (if necessary, this may be required before initiating a refund).
6. Open the App Store and scroll down to the bottom of any page.
7. Tap on your Apple ID and select Account Settings.
8. Tap Purchase History to locate your ConvertKit purchase.
9. Click on the purchase and then tap Report a Problem.
10. Select The item didn't work as expected or I didn't authorize this charge for your reason.
11. Submit the report emphasizing any details like the subscription renewal without notice.

If you purchased through Google Play:

1. Open the Google Play Store app.
2. Tap on your Profile Icon in the top right corner.
3. Select Payments & Subscriptions, then tap on Subscriptions.
4. Find and select ConvertKit.
5. Tap on Cancel Subscription, if required.
6. Open a browser and go to the Google Play Refund Request Form.
7. Fill out the required information, ensuring you select the relevant purchase.
8. In the Reason section, choose Other and specify that the subscription renewed without notice or was unused.
9. Submit the request and keep an eye on your email for any updates from Google.

If you purchased through Stripe:

1. Check your email for the receipt of your ConvertKit purchase.
2. Click on the link in the receipt to view the transaction details.
3. Locate the refund request option on the transaction page.
4. Fill in the required details with your information.
5. In the message, mention your concern regarding the renewal and assert that the account was not used.
6. Submit the refund request and await a response from Stripe or ConvertKit.
