How to Get a MCM Refund

If you purchased through Credit/Debit Card:

1. Visit mcmgo.com and log in to your account.
2. Navigate to the Account Settings section.
3. Select Billing Information or Payment History.
4. Identify the transaction you wish to refund and click on Request Refund.
5. Fill out the refund request form, explaining your reason succinctly:
• Mention that the charge was unexpected.
• State that the service has not been used.
6. Submit the form and check for any confirmation email.

If you purchased through Apple:

1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
2. Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen.
3. Select Subscriptions.
4. Find the subscription for MCM and tap on it.
5. Scroll down and select Report a Problem.
6. Choose Subscription didn't mean to renew or Account was not used.
7. Submit your request.

If you purchased through Google Play:

1. Open the Google Play Store app.
2. Tap on the Profile Icon in the upper right corner.
3. Select Payments & Subscriptions.
4. Tap on Subscriptions.
5. Locate MCM and tap on it.
6. Select Cancel Subscription.
7. After cancellation, select Request a Refund on the same page.
8. Choose a reason that emphasizes unwanted renewal or no usage.

If you purchased through Roku:

1. Go to the Roku website and log in to your account.
2. Navigate to the My Account section.
3. Select Manage Subscription for MCM.
4. 2Click on Cancel Subscription.
5. Directly contact Roku customer support for refund:
• Visit the Roku support page.
• Click on Contact Us.
• Choose the refund option and explain your case.
• Highlight that the subscription was not intended or that it has not been used.
